Laboratory
Linden Electric has been providing electrical and communications services to laboratories for nearly two decades in installation, maintenance and projects. Through assessment, consultation, design and implementation we ensure that facilities are met with the highest standard of service. This is completed through a strong understanding of the critical nature of diagnostic and analytical research, the importance of bio-safety and bio-security, compliance with Australian Standards and the WHS Act and adaptations to the development of new technology. Linden Electric is qualified to meet the needs of PC1, PC2 and PC3 laboratories including clean rooms, animal facilities and AQIS.
All maintenance and installation work is installed to meet AS/NZS 2982.1 Laboratory design and construction general requirements and provided under AS/NZS 2243.3 Safety in laboratories Part 3: Microbiological safety and containment.

Our Core Laboratory Services
Bio-safety & Bio-security
Linden Electric adopts a strong WHS policy to ensure both bio-safety and bio-security issues are managed correctly in the laboratory. This is completed through site specific SWMS, daily risk assessments, re-education of new and existing Australian Standards and regular training.

Laboratory Equipment
We have been involved with the electrical and communications supply to gas alarm systems, automated and liquid handling instruments, mass spectrometers, UV-C systems and gas chromatographers (…just to name a few). Brands include QIAGEN, Thermofisher Scientific and SCIEX.
